QUALITY PROCESSES & SYSTEMS EXPERT

- QUALITY CONTROL POSITIONS -

  • • In line with the company Total Quality Management objectives & by representing Quality Engineering in cross-functional teams:Contribute to the Design, Maintainance & Improvement Quality Control ProcessesDevelop Quality Performance Reporting & Analysis methodsDevelop Tools like Cost of Quality (COQ) models to monitor Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) and drive Continuous Improvement

    • Scope, set-up, deploy, maintain & improve all ERP Quality Modules as well as any other inhouse or external Quality Digitalisation Solutions (Quality Control, Documentation Management System, etc…)

  • • Review/formalize current & future Quality Processes and adapt to ERP Quality Module or any other inhouse or external Quality Digitalisation Solutions (Quality Control, Documentation Management System, etc…)

    • Develop Quality Performance Reporting & Analysis methods

    • Develop Tools like Cost of Quality (COQ) models to monitor Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) and drive Continuous Improvement Work closely woth ERP Project Team and/or External Solutions Providers to set up Quality Module : Data configuration, transfer & conversion, processes & worflows as well as interfaces with other modules

    • Conduct User Acceptance Tests & Train all Users

    • Provide Level 1 support & assistance to users of Quality Modules and Digital Solutions

    • Maintain Quality master data

    • Support requesters with necessary data preparation out of the ERP or Digital Solutions & new reports or analysis format creation Drive processes & systems performance improvement in coordination with Quality and other teams providing insight, analysis, and reporting in support of quality improvement initiatives

    • Keep working on technical issues & their impacts to the business and support the ERP or Digital Solutions teams with system improvement projects (contribute ideas, perform UAT…)

    • Provide and communicate necessary documentation artifacts/trainings to ensure the execution of Quality Digital Solutions Provide regular reports and updates to Quality & General management as required

    • Where Compliance is an issue, report, find and eliminate root causes in agreement with Procurement Director

    • Other tasks as required by Management

  • • Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or Quality Management preferred, or Business Management with relevant experience Extensive experience in a well established Quality Assurance environment required

    • Understanding of Total Quality Management & Lean with practical experience is a plus

    • Proven performance in managing, developing & optimizing processes & systems, including process performance metrics Demonstrated performance conducting Change Management, working within cross-functional teams with requisite drive & energy Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

    • Effective time management & organization skills

    • Able to drive multiple tasks to completion within a fixed timeframe and in a pressured environment

    • Excellent verbal & written communication abilities; able to communicate convincingly at all levels and with all functions in English Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, ERP/MRP Systems. Quality Digitalisation Solutions is a plus.

    • Strong interpersonal skills, able to deal with ambiguities, conflicts and adversarial relationships

    • Resourceful, self-starter, driven to achieve high standards, accountable, assertive, enthusiastic, dedicated & result oriented
